Notes on previous Medications:
* Was on Relyvrio for about 6 months (October 2022 - March 2024). Dr. Li at the Duke clinic said to stop taking it because it did not pass Phase III of the trial.
* I had bad reactions to Baclofen & Riluzole in 2022.
