Lying Down in Bed

* Start on back with legs comfortably stretched out. Relax for 2-3 minutes.

* Lift both knees up. Now lower one leg all the way down for a good stretch. Hold for 1 minute. Switch legs. Repeat for 3 reps.

* Pelvic Tilt - 5 reps.

* Pretzel twists. Knees up, roll legs to right while upper body twists to left. Hold for 1 minute. Switch sides. Do a total of 3 reps.

* Knees up. Grab knees with both hands. Lift up. Balance for 10 seconds. Do 5 reps.
