Chair Exercises with Black Band

* Arms extended in front - stretch band apart side to side 10 times.

* Stretch band, one arm up 10 times. Switch arms and repeat.

* Stretch band diagonally one way 10 times. Change to opposite direction and repeat.

* Punches 10 times each arm.

* Stretch band, one arm out to the side 10 times. Switch arms and repeat.

* Stretch band, one arm down to side 10 times. switch arms and repeat.
